Measuring Instruments and Equipment Used for Quality Control Throughout Our Production Processes
Portable CMM Measuring Arm
Our portable Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) enables us to measure the three-dimensional coordinates (X, Y, Z) of components with high precision using both contact probing and non-contact laser scanning methods. Touch-trigger probes allow precise point measurements, while laser scanners generate point cloud data for detailed surface analysis.
Precision Cutting Machine
Used for the precise preparation of metallographic specimens required for weld quality examinations, minimizing deformation and preserving the integrity of the samples.
Grinding and Polishing Machine
Used to grind and polish specimens prepared during welded manufacturing processes, ensuring that they are properly prepared for metallographic analysis.
Industrial Microscope
Used for metallographic examinations following welding operations, including weld bead inspection, penetration assessment, heat-affected zone (HAZ) analysis, microstructural examination, and precise weld measurements.
Hardness Testing Machine
Used to verify material hardness through Rockwell and Brinell hardness testing methods, supporting the assessment of material properties and compliance with technical requirements.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
Used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of manufactured components following coating and painting processes through salt spray testing.
